OCTOBER 23: Oldies Music in the Park and picnic dinner in Seminole City Park, 7464 Ridge Rd. at 6:30 PM. Bring your own picnic dinner, BYOB, blanket or chairs. (Pictures)

NOVEMBER 22: Lunch at noon at Café Alma in St. Pete. followed by “This Wonderful Life” at American Stage Theatre at 2:00 PM. in St. Pete.
The deadline for reservation/payment is: October 31.
Cost: $34 per person in advance

DECEMBER 17: Holiday Lights Bike Ride in Seminole. We will meet at 6:30 pm at Darry Jacksons' home, 10030 94th Ave. N. (Thanks Darry!!,) for a 5 mile bike ride. We will depart at 7:00 PM. The ride will be about 1 1/2 hours long. Bring your bike, a helmet and a bike light. Following the ride we will enjoy a campfire, cider and donuts.
Cost: $1.00 pp for a Hospice donation and $2.00 pp for the event. (Pictures)

JANUARY 18: "FREE AT LAST" will be held at the Marlin Darlin resturant in Bellaire Bluffs (www.marlindarlin.net) beginning at 6pm. This is a celebration of Al Knox and David Currens' recent retirements...and any other Snow Sharks who have retired or wish they could....in other words: Everyone Is Invited !!! We will begin the evening with drinks (Happy Hour prices!!) and appetizers of your choosing.  An excellent $10.00 dinner menu is also available for those interested. (Pictures)

FEBRUARY 12: Dinner and "Hooping" (Hoola-Hoop performance while we dine) in Dunedin at Casa Tina, 365 Main Street, Dunedin, FL (727) 734-9226. Dinner reservations are for 7:30 pm (RSVP to confirm)

MARCH 18: Dinner at Cafe' Soleil - 1511 Gulf Blvd, Indian Rocks Beach.  This will be a private, casual, dinner party and we will have LIVE JAZZ music by Freddie Fingers, beginning at 7:00. MAY 12: “HAIR” in the park at Demen’s Landing performed by the American Stage Theatre. Bring your own picnic dinner, beverage (alcohol allowed) and a blanket. Show is at 8:00 PM but we suggest you arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 to enjoy your picnic dinner and socialize. We have discounted tickets that are reserved under Cyndee Boyvey's name. Please call the AS box office at 727-823-7529 to pay and receive your tickets. The park is located on the corner of 1st Avenue North and Bayshore Blvd SE in St. Pete.
Cost: $7 per person in advance

MAY 22: Kayak Trip leaving at 9:00 am from 61 Causeway Blvd, Dunedin (Just over the bridge on the left. Look for the sail boats). Kayak rentals for the 2 hours are available at this location (Sail Honeymoon, Inc). Bring your own at no charge. Bring a towel and change of clothes since there is a shower nearby to clean up before lunch. Lunch will follow the kayaking fun at the Tarpon Turtle on Lake Tarpon - 1513 Lake Tarpon Ave - 727-772-9030.

JUNE 6-12: Bike Trip in Scotland, lead by Bike Vermont tour guides.
Cost:  $300 deposit per person with sign up.  Deadline for sign up is December 1, 2009. Balance of $2,590 due March 1, 2010.  (Airfare not included)
There is a $200.00 per person discount if you get your deposit in by January 15th.

JULY 11: Rays Baseball game against the Cleveland Indians. We have 49 people attending. The game starts at 1:40 PM. You can pick up your tickets between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. Cyndee and Al will be at the main entrance to Tropicana Field where the large baseball is painted, with your tickets. They will be wearing bright gold Ray's T-shirts and blue visors. If you want your tickets before July 11, 2010, you can call Al at 630-450-4383 and arrange a pick-up.
Park in lots 6 and 7 off of 10th Street South. These are the closest to the front entrance where Al and Cyndee will be with the tickets. Four or more people in a car will allow you to park free. If you have less that four in your car, you can park for free at Ferg's Sportsbar (on Central Avenue) if you take advantage of their sandwich/drink special.
