ACCOMMODATIONS:
Resort at Squaw Creek -- We have reserved three types of rooms at the Resort at Squaw Creek (AAA Four Diamond resort). The first is the Deluxe King hotel type room which sleeps 2 in a King bed. The second is a Deluxe Queen/Queen hotel type room which sleeps 4 in two Queen beds. The third is the Fireplace Suite which sleeps 4 in a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa.
All units are equipped with remote controlled LCD flat screen TV’s mounted on the wall, speakerphones with voice mail, free high speed wireless internet access, refrigerators, hair dryers and robes, irons and ironing boards, coffee makers, individual heating and cooling controls. The Fireplace suite includes all of this as well as a gas fireplace and resort style kitchens.
The resort offers it’s own boutique shopping promenade, four restaurants, a luxury spa and full service spa, complete health and fitness center, 4 indoor/outdoor hot tubs, 3 outdoor heated pools, private skating rink, ski in/ out access and an outside eating area. The resort is located on 195 hillside acres beneath the mammoth peaks of Squaw Valley USA giving the kids a safe and beautiful set of hills to play and slide on. The resort offers their own equipment rental and storage center as well as a ski valet service.
Mountain BuddiesTM, a fully supervised children’s program is a fully supervised children’s program offering kids an exciting place to play for a short evening or a full day. With careful supervision by an experienced, creative staff, children choose from a variety of fun activities each day such as sledding, snow shoeing, ice skating, snow play, arts and crafts and games..
In addition to the four on site dining options, squaw village and all of it’s restaurants and shops is a 5 minute complimentary shuttle ride away.

Cancellations by August 9, 2006: Full refund, no cancellation fee. |

Cancellations between August 10 and January 22, 2007 subject to a $50 cancellation fee. |

Cancellations after January 23, 2007 may result in forfeiting the total cost of the trip. The traveler may obtain a substitute for their travel slot but shall be responsible for any charges incurred due to name changes and or cancellations. The club will work to keep the cancellation charges to as low as possible. |
